Solving Cartridge not recognise

Epson Printer not Recognising the Cartridge

Please follow this instructions

POWER OFF Theory    Note: The procedure needs to be done in this precise order.

1. With the Power ON status machine.

2. Take cartridge out

• leave door open.

3. Turn Power OFF at wall or socket.

4. Wait for 4-5 minutes.

5. Turn Power ON.

6. Close door

• you will hear the motor run.
• When it stops open the lid.

7. Printer should now be looking for the cartridge.

8. Reinstall cartridge.

9. Close door.

10. Cartridge should now be accepted.
